Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail Management or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for the store.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in developing store client development strategy and lead local outreach.
• Execute talent strategy and build a performance-driven team focused on the customer.
• Drive recruitment activities and nurture ongoing talent development conversations.
• Maintain productivity through store processes, including inventory management and shrink control.
• Champion the use of new technology for New Ways of Selling techniques.
