Qualifications

• Assist in developing the store client development strategy and lead market outreach.
• Execute talent strategy with the General Manager to build a customer-centric team.
• Drive networking and recruitment activities in your store market.
• Provide coaching and learning opportunities to employees.
• Maintain productivity standards and manage inventory control to reduce shrink.
• Champion use of new technology for selling and shopping methods.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
