Job summary

ACI is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Gary, IN location. Build relationships, grow sales, and serve as a knowledgeable resource on steel products and services.

You will develop new leads, create quotes, respond to customer inquiries, review orders for accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to meet commitments. This role offers base salary plus commissions with strong earning potential.

• Review customer orders for accuracy.
• Maintain leads and accounts in SalesNow.
• Develop sales forecasts and goals.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide solutions to the Sales team and management.
• Represent ACI professionally and ethically.
