State Steel of Omaha is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a steel industry territory, land new accounts, and build lasting customer relationships with support from a capable inside team.

You will craft proposals that win on service and value, while travel-heavy duties require discipline and strategic planning to maximize gross margins and customer satisfaction across the Midwest.

Formación

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in steel or metals.
• Strong knowledge of the steel industry.
• Proven track record negotiating with customers face to face.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and close new accounts in the territory.
• Build relationships at all levels of accounts, from shop floor to executives.
• Develop proposals and pricing plans that win on service and value.
• Track visits, quotes, and daily sales using company platforms.
• Travel 3+ weeks per month and manage travel budget.
