Dow is seeking a State Government Affairs Director in Austin, TX. Lead integrated state government affairs, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement to advance Dow’s business objectives, protect its license to operate, and strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner in growth and sustainability.

You will anticipate legislative developments, translate issues into actionable strategies, and influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholders with clear, credible communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of public policy and/or government advocacy.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute state government affairs strategies aligned with Dow's priorities.
• Build relationships with governors, legislators, and officials to advance Dow's interests.
• Advise business and site leaders on legislative and regulatory developments; prepare briefs.
• Represent Dow before state legislatures, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop advocacy strategies on policy and political issues impacting Dow and manufacturing.
