Dow in Austin, TX is seeking a State Government Affairs Director to lead integrated state advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and policy strategy aimed at advancing Dow's growth and license to operate.

The role requires strong political acumen, senior-level influence, and the ability to translate complex policy issues into business actions while managing diverse relationships across government, industry groups, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank is required.
• 10+ years of public policy or government advocacy experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Develop and execute state government affairs strategies aligned with Dow's priorities.
