Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
10 years of public policy and/or government advocacy experience.
Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute state government affairs strategies aligned with Dow's priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with governors, legislators, and other stakeholders.
Advise business and site leaders on state legislative, regulatory, and political developments.
Represent Dow before state legislative bodies and agencies.
Coordinate advocacy efforts across Dow manufacturing sites and external partners.
Draft and review proposed legislative amendments and regulatory language.
