Job summary

Providence Swedish Healthcare is seeking a Senior Staffing Coordinator to prepare and maintain staffing schedules for assigned departments and manage time and attendance for department personnel. You will collaborate with the Department/Unit Manager and Administrative Supervisor to adjust staffing needs and ensure coverage.

The role requires delivering predictive staffing analytics to optimize schedules, reduce premium pay shifts, and support Kronos accuracy.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in business, healthcare or equivalent education OR 1 year of related experience.
1 year of experience with staffing, scheduling and/or timekeeping.
Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems such as ShiftWise and Kronos is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain staffing schedules for assigned departments/units.
Manage time and attendance for department/unit personnel.
Partner with the Department/Unit Manager and Administrative Supervisor to adjust staffing needs.
Use predictive staffing analytics to optimize schedules and prevent premium pay shifts.
Provide inputs and oversight for Kronos accuracy and regional staffing support.
