Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Lead SPA to drive operational leadership across USA regions. You will oversee complex financial and operational activities, act as escalation point, and coach SPAs while ensuring consistent SPA standards and proactive issue resolution.

The role balances direct project work with governance responsibilities, collaboration with SPA Managers, and continuous process improvements to scale improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in project financial management, forecasting and operational delivery within a services environment.
• Strong understanding of project financials, utilization management, and reporting controls.
• Proven ability to mentor peers, manage complexity and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own execution of complex, high-risk projects with financial accuracy and governance.
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight to ensure project health and timely issue resolution.
• Coach and mentor SPAs, conduct quality reviews of forecasting and reporting.
