Role Overview
The Staffing Project Analyst (SPA) is responsible for supporting the financial and operational health of project engagements within Strategic Resourcing. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Services Operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and invoicing throughout the project lifecycle.
SPAs are accountable for maintaining project financial integrity, proactively identifying risks or variances, and delivering reliable insights that support informed decision‑making and successful project outcomes.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $56,800 - $71,000 per year. Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
