You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Services Operations to forecast, report, and invoice throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a finance/business background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting project financials, reporting, or operational delivery in a services or professional environment.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project costs, revenue, and timelines in accordance with established project scopes and agreements.
• Track budgets, hours, burn rates, and utilization to ensure projects remain financially sound.
• Perform routine audits and variance analysis to identify discrepancies, risks, or trends impacting project health.
• Support accurate and timely customer and partner invoicing, ensuring alignment with contractual terms.
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal reporting platforms.
• Support processing of project changes, extensions, or adjustments to ensure scope and financial alignment.
• Monitor project financial performance indicators to proactively surface risks, issues, or potential impacts.
• Escalate concerns in a timely manner using established escalation paths.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to support resolution and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Contribute to a positive stakeholder experience through consistent communication and follow-through.
