Ascendo Resources is a leading staffing firm expanding in New Jersey. We seek a Business Development & Staffing Specialist to target new clients, deepen existing relationships, and identify top candidates.

The role covers full-desk recruiting across accounting, finance, HR, and related functions. You will build client relationships, generate job orders, and place candidates across Permanent, Temporary, and Contract projects, leveraging various outreach channels.

Competenze

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with urgency and initiative.
• 4+ years of related staffing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
