Job summary

ForceSource in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Account Executive to grow revenue by building and expanding relationships with prospects and existing clients. You will connect customer needs with the right solutions, keep opportunities moving, and deliver consistent results.

You will manage a full sales cycle, qualify leads, run discovery conversations, present proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate pipeline activity in a CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with activity goals, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Organized, self-directed, and accountable in an onsite setting.
• Strong experience in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities
