Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and lead the development of Sourcing and the Job Board, which power how manufacturing jobs are matched to partners to win work and grow the marketplace margin.

This senior role shapes end-to-end product direction, drives the matching and scheduling logic, and partners with ML and pricing teams to influence strategy while maintaining focus on marketplace health, margins, and partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience in marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems.
• Direct experience building or optimizing two-sided marketplace mechanics (supply-demand matching, liquidity, ranking, or recommendation systems).
• Demonstrated success shipping complex, high-scale features with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board.
• Drive design of matching and recommendation engine and priority-scheduling logic.
• Own the job acceptance funnel end-to-end, increasing viewed/job-accepted rates.
• Partner with Pricing and ML teams to influence dynamic pricing and matching strategy.
• Balance competing objectives across partner performance, margin, and quality.
