Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Sales Technology and Operations strategy within our Product Development team. Based in the US (Waltham, MA or North Bethesda, MD) on a hybrid schedule, you will partner with sales leadership and Salesforce engineering to rebuild core sales tech into a unified revenue engine.

You will own the roadmap for Buyer Experience, Pricing, Post-Order, and Marketing, delivering end-to-end tooling for quotes, enterprise programs, and real-time milestone

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in sales tech, revenue operations, or B2B marketplace sales infrastructure.
• Experience leading B2B sales organizations with segmentation to drive differentiated tooling.
• Proven ability to translate buyer journeys into tooling and workflows across segments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a two-year sales tech roadmap aligned with segmentation and customer journeys.
• Modernize CRM infrastructure, automate data pipelines, and streamline incentive reporting.
• Build segment-specific sales motions and real-time order/fulfillment visibility in sales workflows.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, pricing, post-order, and marketing teams.
• Translate sales processes into programmable specs for AI-enabled automation while preserving human judgment.
