Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Sales Technology and Operations roadmap from our Waltham, MA or North Bethesda, MD offices on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with sales leadership and engineering to unify revenue tooling, optimize quotes, and streamline post-order visibility.

You will translate complex buyer journeys into differentiated tooling, drive cross‑functional alignment, and push for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with sales tech ownership.
• Experience supporting B2B sales organizations with segmentation-driven tooling.
• Proven ability to translate buyer profiles into usable tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end roadmap for Sales Technology and Operations.
• Modernize CRM infrastructure and automate reporting/incentive tracking.
• Build transaction infrastructure for enterprise programs and quotes.
• Provide real-time order milestone visibility in sales workflows.
• Collaborate across orgs to align leadership and engineering commitments.
• Define AI-powered workflows and governance for model-driven tasks.
