Sportiqe Apparel seeks a Key Account Executive to drive growth with MLB and entertainment accounts from our Tempe HQ. You’ll retain current business, expand category penetration, and push year-over-year revenue across each account, while collaborating with the Head of Business Development and an Account Coordinator.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sports licensing sales, a history of building new business, and strong CRM/communication skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years experience selling into professional sports team shops, retail buyers, or licensed/branded products.
• Proven track record of building new business, expanding product categories, and consistently hitting revenue targets.
• Comfortable with fast-turn sales cycles and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to buyers.
• Organized under pressure with high-volume contacts and clear handoffs to internal partners.
• CRM proficiency; familiarity with Google Suite, LinkedIn Navigator, and Zoho a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead buyer-facing conversations: pitching new products, presenting line plans, negotiating deals, and closing seasonal bookings.
• Identify and develop non-traditional revenue opportunities tied to MLB stadium usage.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-through data to track account performance and inform strategy.
• Partner with Sales Leader on account priorities and relationship development.
• Delegate to the Account Coordinator and Account Manager to ensure tight handoffs.
• Track pipeline and activity to avoid loss of opportunities.
• Evolve in the role by building product knowledge in sports licensing and entertainment markets.
