Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader in the United States. The role focuses on leading a sales-driven team across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, Electronics and related departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences and store performance.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, driving sales, coaching hourly team members, and coordinating merchandising efforts while maintaining a guest-first environment and adherence to store policies.

Qualificações

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
