Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive total store sales and lead cross‑functional teams across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics. You will create a guest‑obsessed culture, plan schedules, and manage merchandising to support business priorities while developing hourly team members and leaders.

You will build a high‑performing team, apply competitive merchandising strategies, and ensure product availability and guest satisfaction, including weekend shifts

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable.
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities
