Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and lead specialized departments with a guest-first mindset. You will coach a team across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics, and manage merchandising, pricing, and backroom operations to ensure product availability and exceptional guest service.

We value a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Create schedules and adjust to guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising and pricing workload and lead the team accordingly.
• Assess competition and use guest insights to drive business objectives.
• Lead a team across A&A, Beauty and Electronics to deliver results.
• Develop and coach Team Leaders to elevate skills and performance.
