Prime Therapeutics in the United States is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. This role leads development and oversight of a portfolio of Specialty programs, driving measurable outcomes and alignment with business goals.

The incumbent will collaborate across clinical, technical, operational, and business teams, travel up to 25%, and have PharmD or BS with 3 years PBM experience.

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
• 3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
• Current pharmacist license to practice in the applicable state(s).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products.
• Oversee development and implementation of product solutions.
• Lead or support Specialty and Clinical programs teams in developing specialty solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
• Provide insight into competitor products and services.
• Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics teams to manage data and trends.
• Partner with Pharmacy Trade Relations on contracting and program impact.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy team on UM programs, formulary, and P&T recommendations.
• Coordinate with Claims Operations and Clinical Operations for pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Collaborate with Technology and Architecture.
• Work with Networks to develop and manage therapeutic category performance and reporting.
• May lead or support in presenting program results and solutions to Clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
