Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. You will lead the development and oversight of a portfolio of Specialty programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

You will partner with Health Outcomes, Pharmacy Trade Relations, and technology teams to drive program results, manage roadmaps, and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with at least 3 years in PBM, managed care, or cross-benefit roles.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop clinical solutions and roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products.
• Lead or support specialty and clinical programs in development and maintenance of solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
• Provide insight into competitor products and services.
• Collaborate with Health Outcomes, Pharmacy Trade Relations, and Pharmacy teams to align programs with business goals.
• Present program results to clients and stakeholders as needed.
