Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy across pharmacy, medical and integrated products. Lead the development of a portfolio of Specialty programs, driving outcomes and aligning with business goals while collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams.

The role requires PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with 3+ years in PBM/managed care and willingness to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
Advanced degree or certification in specific therapeutic category (preferred).
Ability to facilitate change and influence at all organizational levels.
Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of additional specialty solutions.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
Provide insight into competitor products and services.
Collaborate with Health Outcomes/Analytics to manage data on utilization, trends and cost.
