Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy across pharmacy, medical, and integrated products. You will lead a portfolio of Specialty programs, partnering with clinical, technical, operational, and business teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that align with business goals.

The role requires PharmD or BS Pharmacy, and at least 3 years of PBM/managed care experience.

Qualifications

Pharmacy degree (PharmD or BS Pharmacy) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of specialty solutions.
Monitor key economic and clinical industry trends and provide competitor insights.
Collaborate with Health Outcomes, Pharmacy Trade Relations, Pharmacy teams, Claims Operations, Technology and Networks to drive program results.
