Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. You will lead development and oversight of a portfolio of Specialty clinical programs and collaborate across clinical, technical, operational, and business teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

The role requires PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy with 3 years of PBM/managed care experience, and the ability to travel 25%.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee the development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of additional specialty solutions.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
Provide insight into competitor products and services.
Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, Pharmacy team, Claims Operations and Clinical Operations, Technology and Networks for program delivery.
May lead or support in presenting program results to Clients.
