Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, a leading PBM, seeks a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical, and integrated products. This role leads the development and oversight of a portfolio of Specialty programs, driving innovation, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy required.
• 3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee development and implementation of product solutions.
• Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of specialty solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
• Provide insight into competitor products and services.
• Collaborate with Health Outcomes and Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, Pharmacy team, Claims Operations and Clinical Operations, Technology and Architecture to guide program results and solutions.
• Present program results to Clients when needed.
