Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical, and integrated products. You will lead the development of a portfolio of specialty programs, partnering across clinical, technical, operational, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires PharmD or BS Pharmacy, at least 3 years of PBM or managed care experience, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee the development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of any additional specialty solutions.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
Provide insight into competitor products and services.
Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, and Pharmacy teams to align programs with business goals.
Support or lead in presenting program results and solutions to Clients.
