CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-value programs from strategy through execution. You will coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Business Development to meet contractual commitments and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, Operations Management, or related field with 12–15 years experience, or a Master's with 8–12 years.
• Extensive knowledge of program management, customer relationship management, integrated product development, and operational execution.
• Expertise in program lifecycle management, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency with program management tools, ERP systems, business reporting apps, and program performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated strategies, schedules, milestones, and performance objectives.
• Evaluate program performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements; implement improvements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and delivery activities.
