Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Products to drive customer needs into executable programs within our Product Development & Assurance organization. You will own program scope, cost, and schedule baselines, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain, and guide proposals through to transition to execution while aligning with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant program management experience.
• Experience establishing baselines for complex technical programs.
• Proven ability to develop integrated program plans with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program formation from pre-contract through transition to execution.
• Develop integrated scope, cost, schedule, and staffing plans.
• Translate solution architectures into development plans and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to reuse products and inform roadmap.
• Provide SOWs, schedules, cost estimates, risks, and execution approaches for proposals.
