Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Products to transform customer needs into executable programs within the Product Development & Assurance organization. You will lead program formation from pre-contract solutions through proposal development, contract definitization, and transition to the execution team.

The role requires coordinating with Product, Technical Architects, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain to define scope, baselines, and execution plans while aligning

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and managing scope, requirements, cost, schedule and risks for complex programs.
• Proficiency in supporting programs from pre-contract through execution.
• Collaborating with engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain, and customer-facing orgs to execute integrated program plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the program execution approach from solution architecture to proposal, contract award, and transition to execution.
• Develop integrated scope, cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and resource plans; set baselines.
• Translate solution architectures into development plans, work packages, milestones, and schedules.
• Identify reusable capabilities vs. customer-specific development; inform roadmap and investments.
• Provide content for SOWs, schedules, cost estimates, risks, assumptions, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate with Contracts and leadership to ensure alignment of scope and commitments with the baseline.
• Manage Make/Buy trades and establish supplier scope, cost, schedule, and assumptions.
• Ensure smooth transition into execution with a solid program management plan.
