CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive execution of high-value programs across engineering, operations, and supply chain. You will manage program strategy, risks, and customer engagements to ensure delivery in line with contractual commitments and financial goals.

Working with multiple departments, you will lead reviews, coordinate milestones, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers to enable future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive experience in program management and operations.
• Strong knowledge of program lifecycle management, risk assessment, and finance handling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated plans and milestones.
• Assess cost, schedule, technical, and contractual performance to drive improvements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, and delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning objectives with priorities.
• Interface with customers for reviews, negotiations, and relationship management.
