Job summary
CesiumAstro is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the execution of complex programs and portfolios that align with our strategic objectives. You will partner with Executive, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to strengthen execution, manage risk, and deliver on customer commitments.
The role requires senior leadership experience in program management within a dynamic, high-growth environment, and a track record of driving operational excellence and cross-functional
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with extensive program management experience.
- 5+ years leading program management organizations or cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in program lifecycle, financials, risk, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex program portfolios for strategic customers and major contracts.
- Establish portfolio priorities, governance, and performance objectives.
- Build executive-level customer relationships and drive program outcomes.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering to pursue growth opportunities.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within PM teams.
