Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic program execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance. You will lead complex, high-value programs, manage risks, and ensure delivery against contractual commitments while aligning with long-term business goals.

The role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, strong communication with executive stakeholders, and proven track record in program lifecycle management and ERP/PM tooling usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, Operations, or related field with 12–15 years of related experience (or Master's with 8–12 years).
• Extensive knowledge of program management, customer relationship management, and operational execution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, PM tools, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated plans, milestones, and objectives.
• Evaluate performance across cost, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, integration, and delivery activities.
• Serve as primary customer interface for complex programs and engagements.
• Lead program reviews, executive briefings, and contractual discussions.
• Develop cross-functional program management frameworks and governance.
• Coordinate proposal transitions, contract execution, and lifecycle support.
