Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Space Planner to design layouts, perform occupancy analysis, and support multi-location planning. You will leverage CAD/BIM tools to create floor plans and test fits while coordinating furniture placement for maximum efficiency and compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years in corporate space planning, strong Excel and IWMS experience, and a collaborative approach across facilities and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in design, corporate space and occupancy planning.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Project, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms (e.g., Nuvolo, WSD, Archibus, Centerstone).
• Ability to generate and interpret complex occupancy reports using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interior space layouts, including floor plans and test fits using CAD/BIM tools.
• Identify and recommend space optimization opportunities across teams.
• Analyze space utilization, headcount forecasts, and seating to develop occupancy plans.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support growth and collaboration.
• Monitor occupancy trends and identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain space, occupancy, and headcount data in IWMS systems.
• Ensure data quality and alignment with workflows.
• Coordinate space records and resolve discrepancies.
