Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Space Planner to collaborate with client teams on all non-project inquiries throughout the space planning process. Hybrid onsite scheduling supports coordination with design and facilities groups.

You will review occupancy requests, collect planning requirements, develop tactical scenarios, and assist senior planners in strategic efforts. CAD/Revit proficiency and CAFM tools are valued, with 2–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Occupancy planner experience preferred.
• Move and change management experience.
• CAD experience required.
• Experience doing test fits and design work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review occupancy requests.
• Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements.
• Tactical scenario development.
• Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing.
• Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary.
• Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans.
