Job summary

Anoka County is seeking an Associate Space Planner in Minnesota to implement, coordinate, and verify strategic space planning across county facilities. You’ll maintain accurate records, including blueprints and as-builts, and work with project and operations managers to support maintenance, construction, and commissioning efforts.

This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to a wide range of projects, opportunities for professional development, and advancement within the Facilities department.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate records, including blueprints and as-builts, to digitally model county buildings.
• Digital asset management, restructuring, cleaning up, and maintaining internal Facilities folders with consistent standards.
• Maintain and organize Plans Room (physical and digital).
• Provide project management support, coordination, and on-site field verification for space planning and related projects across county buildings.
• Assist in implementing county-wide standards for space utilization, interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
