Job summary

Akima, LLC seeks a Facility/Space Planner to coordinate and develop a comprehensive, DCSA-wide Strategic Facility Master Plan. You will analyze space needs, costs, and occupancy suitability while leveraging AutoCad and ArcGIS to produce drawings and blueprints.

You will lead space planning efforts, socialize findings with leadership, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines to ensure space optimization and compliance.

Qualifications

• US Citizen as a requirement for eligibility.
• Hold active Secret clearance.
• Eight years of experience in facilities or planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the DCSA space master plan and related studies.
• Coordinate space utilization, analyze facility needs, and budget implications.
• Create CAD drawings and geospatial plans for projects.
• Lead planning meetings and present recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure space plans align with strategic goals and compliance.
