Anoka County Parks in Minnesota is seeking a Seasonal Park Maintenance Intern to support asset preservation, data collection, and operations planning. On-site at the Maintenance Shop in Andover, you will help with SOP development and GIS data gathering.
You will gain hands-on park maintenance experience and learn to use ArcGIS Collector, ArcGIS Online, and other tools while contributing to cost-effective improvements.
Hiring range: $16.00 per hour. The starting rate will depend on experience, education, and qualifications. Advancement opportunities exist for individuals motivated to move up within Anoka County.

The Anoka County Parks mission is to positively impact the quality of life in Anoka County by providing parks, outdoor recreation, and leisure services for the public. Our mission encompasses the protection of the natural environment, improving the health of citizens, and supporting a strong local economy. The department has an immediate opening for a Seasonal Park Maintenance Intern who will perform various duties. Some of the critical responsibilities of this position include assisting in asset preservation planning utilizing ArcGIS Collector app for in field data gathering.
This is a seasonal, non-exempt, on-siteposition. Interviews will take place as applications are received for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
