Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager 1 to drive pipeline development, capture and proposal activities, and BD-process alignment across the Space Systems sector. The role supports strategy, portfolio management and customer relations with potential domestic and international opportunities.

The position requires a bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or a master’s with 3 years, strong MS Office, and experience with Salesforce/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Political Science, International Affairs or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with option for a Master’s degree with 3+ years experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• BD operations management: own pipeline administration and internal process alignment.
• Capture and proposal support: data analysis, gate materials, capture documentation.
• System oversight: maintain BD tools and dashboards; governance and compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration: lead liaison among Capture, BD and Strategy teams.
• People management: supervise and mentor direct reports; coordinate training.
