Job summary

Albedo is seeking a Business Development and Capture Manager based in Broomfield, CO or the National Capitol Region to drive BD campaigns with DoD/IC customers and translate mission challenges into captured opportunities.

You will shape strategy, coordinate with capture and engineering teams, and advance opportunities through rigorous win strategies while building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in national security space or government acquisition.
• Recent USG experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ISR, GEOINT, SIGINT, AMTI, multi-domain killchains, space warfighting, or SDA.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and long-term campaigns.
• Based in Broomfield, CO or National Capitol Region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer-facing contact for assigned government and commercial accounts.
• Define and execute business development and campaign strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and mission owners.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities aligned with Albedo's capabilities.
• Support capture strategy development including value propositions, teaming, and win approaches.
• Manage multiple campaigns, coordinating with capture and engineering support as needed.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure proposed solutions reflect mission realities.
• Support proposal shaping, executive reviews, and customer engagement activities.
