Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to lead indirect spend categories including Marketing and Corporate Services. You will drive requirements, issue RFIs/RFPs, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with sourcing policies to optimize spend and risk.

You'll partner with stakeholders and suppliers to execute procurement activities, build financial models, and deliver cost and service improvements while maintaining strong controls.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and cost analysis skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contracting knowledge.
• Experience with marketing contracts and agency compensation models.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing processes including data/spend analysis, market research, bidding, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support business goals.
• Lead RFx events, analyze bids, and advise on negotiation strategies.
• Manage suppliers to ensure effective execution, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals to optimize spend and reduce risk.
• Assist in onboarding suppliers and product setups; ensure compliance and timely availability.
• Support forecasting and demand planning with suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
• Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research to assess capabilities.
