Job summary

The role partners with Operations, Finance, and HR (P+O) to design reporting, drive cost savings, and oversee contract negotiations. A Bachelor's degree is required; five years' procurement or supply chain experience preferred, CPSM/CIPS/CPM a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Five years of progressive procurement or supply chain management experience.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPSM/CIPS/CPM) preferred.
• Experience leading competitive bidding/RFP processes and managing category spend.
• Vendor identification, evaluation, and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Sourcing & RFP Management: develop and execute RFP processes for category spend.
• Vendor Identification, Selection, & Onboarding: identify qualified vendors and manage onboarding.
• Contract Negotiation & Commercial Terms: negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with vendors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Operations, P+O, Finance, and other departments.
• Program Implementation & Handoff: oversee rollout of vendor programs and handoffs.
• Reporting, Analytics, & Continuous Improvement: provide updates on procurement activity and savings.
