Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support supplier identification and evaluation.
• Execute purchase orders and routine procurement transactions.
• Support market research and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with supplier performance tracking and maintain records.
• Resolve supplier-related issues including quality, delivery delays and invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate procurement activities with warehouse, operations, transportation, finance and inventory teams.
• Ensure materials and services are delivered according to requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment.
• Assist with risk mitigation planning for supply disruptions.
• Prepare routine procurement reports and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical sourcing standards.
