Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Procurement Specialist, Buyer to manage all procurement for assigned suppliers and negotiate pricing options. The role requires developing supplier relationships, analyzing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery.

You will work with site leadership to optimize costs, lead times, and quality, while maintaining accurate purchasing activity and ERP system data. The position is based in Mesa, AZ and offers full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Three years of industry experience in procurement or a cross-functional role.
• Strong understanding of purchasing and inventory control methods.

Responsibilities

• Supports site leadership to understand client needs and procurement requirements.
• Negotiates quotes, pricing, and lead times to reduce costs and improve delivery.
• Manages supplier relationships to ensure quality, service and price performance.
• Generates and analyzes quotes, tracks supplier performance, and updates scorecards.
• Ensures accurate purchasing activity, orders, and inventory alignment with requirements.
• Performs bid analysis and identifies new vendor opportunities.
• Collaborates with Finance to expedite receiving and AP processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Executes daily/weekly reports and escalates risks to prevent stockouts.
