• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience leading competitive bidding/RFP processes and managing category spend.
• Proven ability to identify cost savings and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Sourcing & RFP Management.
• Research and identify qualified vendors and manage onboarding.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with vendors and Legal/Finance teams.
• Partner with Operations, P+O and Finance to align procurement with business goals.
• Oversee rollout of new vendor programs and handoffs to operations.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement activity, savings, and compliance.
