Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Procurement Specialist to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations. You will lead RFP processes, analyze spend, and drive cost savings while coordinating with Operations, P+O and Finance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Strong collaboration across functions, vendor onboarding, and international supplier management are essential. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in procurement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Proven success in leading competitive bidding and managing category spend.
• Experience in vendor identification, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, P+O, and Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPSM/CIPS/CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Sourcing and RFP management with category spend responsibility.
• Develop, manage, and execute RFP processes for competitive pricing and service levels.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
• Research and identify qualified vendors based on capabilities and geography.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs; coordinate with Legal and Finance on contracts.
• Oversee onboarding of new vendors and handoffs to operations teams.
