You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels to attract diverse talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field(s); Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
• 4 years of job-related experience or transferable skills.
• Master's degree holders may offset experience requirements per job needs.

Responsabilités

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Execute candidate sourcing across multiple platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, university networks, associations).
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles to meet hiring needs.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and report findings to improve outreach and talent pool development.
• Screen resumes to assess qualifications and alignment with requirements.
• Engage candidates through outreach, representing USC's employer brand and values.
• Track candidate data in Workday ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay current with sourcing tools, market trends, and recruiting technology.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on strategic projects and diversity sourcing.
• Promote an inclusive workplace culture in line with USC Code of Ethics.
