  • Ability to present complex information to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with unit leaders to develop tailored HR strategies and services.
  • Address employee and labor relations matters and escalate as needed.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for the unit.
  • Communicate HR policies clearly and provide coaching to line management.
  • Leverage workforce data to inform talent decisions and compliance.
