Job summary

Adelphoi is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build partnerships with colleges and community groups, and manage end-to-end candidate workflows. You will schedule interviews, perform background checks, and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with HR and operations teams.

The role emphasizes long-term relationship building, compliance, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes to support staffing needs across programs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to design recruiting campaigns across multiple business cycles.
• Experience collaborating with operations and HR teams.

Be Part of the Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Sourcing Partner!

Job Duties:

Develops and implements plans in collaboration with assigned operational groups to source and qualify applicants so staffing levels are maintained as part of an ongoing talent supply chain. Enhances relationships with colleges, community groups, and other sources over long periods of time and experiments with partnering relationships. Uses recruiting related technologies to mine candidates. Schedules interviews and conducts initial background screen. Partners with operations leaders to create holistic outreach programs that leverages the use of operations staff in recruiting campaigns and early talent identification. Responsible for pre-employment paperwork and collaborates with HR team members for new hire on boarding. Maintains administrative records tracking candidate status. Follows up with new hires to assist in retention. Ensures legal compliance with the employment process. Redesigns and performs administrative tasks that support HR recruiting processes

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a field that demonstrates the ability to succeed in a human resources function that emphasizes talent acquisition.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience that demonstrates an understanding of and ability to design recruiting campaigns across multiple business cycles.
