Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Technical Project Lead to manage the critical path for Research learning and testing deliverables. You will coordinate schedules, resources and cost, align stakeholders across Safety, Facilities, Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering, and drive risk mitigation.

You will own the bottom‑up plans for prototype EUV light sources, track progress, and report status to leadership while ensuring test readiness and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in an Engineering discipline or Physics with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to align communication with various teams
• Excellent skills managing stakeholders across sectors
• Analytically strong, enthusiastic, flexible, assertive, proactive, structured
• Knowledge and experience in EUV light sources and technology preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage system hardware and software integration and completion of technical learning deliverables from SR Functions.
• Own deliverables (qualified BoM/SW baseline; qualified build/setup & test sequence; qualified upgrade packages, integration sequence).
• Align on triple constraints, with the relevant stakeholders internally and across sectors – Safety, Facilities, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering.
• Report on deliverable status and quality, towards project lead, program and line management.
• Own release strategy for baseline and upgrades with team and roll up to high-level plan with the Project Lead.
